Myth Buster: Women Will Bulk Up If They Lift Heavy Weights

Answer me this:

Why would you lift light weights? Why would you lift a weight for 10 reps that you could actually lift for 20 reps. Lifting light weight does not make sense. Jessica Beil lifts heavy weights. Does she look big and bulky? I think not!!! The truth is, it is harder than hell to pack muscle on a women (even men for that matter, but they have something called testosterone that helps a bit). Muscle is metabolism! So put the pink barbie doll weights down and grab a pair of heavy dumbbells. You will burn more calories, shed the fat and look sexier.
